amacam bro sis ?? terer tak?? haha ,just kidding. sesungguhnya orang yang dapat 1st place lagi ganas .betul tak? tot! salah...sebenarnya semua orang ganas ! cuma atas daya usaha masing-masing je yang membezakan posisi seseorang. Just imagine, nak dapat nombor 2 dalam rentas (5km) dengan beratus orang peserta. Fuhh, susah tu ! actually, sebelum lari saya dah paang niat, kononnya nak dapat top 3. sebab top 20 dan top 10 dah dapat,so nak cuba top3 yang lebih mencabar.Nak ditakdirkan impian saya tercapai. i got the 2nd place.Praise to Allah. It's mean i've achieve my target .oh yeah !!

EXPERIENCES

kalau nak dapat top 3 memang letih. tapi, kalau dah biasa berlari takkan letih.masa lari, really2 exhausted.sampai half way,memang nak behenti, kasut pun tak selesa.disebabkan nak sangat capai impian, i continue it. *nak top3,nak top3, .tu je yang ada kat dalam otak saya masa tu.tapi bila saya sampai je kat garisan penamat ..rasa macam biasa je. rasa macam tak percaya je dapat tempat kedua, unbelievable for me.  sentiasa lari? tak la juga. ada walking part,joging ,running and accelerate. mentang-mentang belajar fizik 'accelerate' pun ada. hahah.

 

i doesn't mean to show off,just wanna give support you support. what i would like to conclude is '' if there is a will, there is a way '' . we must have our target and be confident ! the most important is....believe that Allah helps, who helps themselves. Last but not least,congratulation to MARS which got the highest pointer among the others planet . MARS MARA !! :D

TIPS TO GET TOP 20  (to maherian)

1.In the beginning, do not use the full power to run
2. Soon arrived at the road junction, many people are getting tired and slowing down their movements. use this opportunity to pass one by one (p / s: acceleration is required when crossing and make sure you are in the first 20 places)
3. If you see someone wants to pass you from behind, add a little speed. (p / s: do not force yourself. stop if you can not)
4. Follow step 3 if you want to get top 3.
5. Go ahead and try to get to the finish line
